Dr. Jeffrey Cranford is a double board-certified Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon and Otolaryngologist–Head & Neck Surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, nose, eyes, and scalp. He offers advanced facial plastic surgery treatments, including rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift surgery, facial rejuvenation, facial reconstruction, and hair restoration.
A native of Connecticut, Dr. Cranford attended the University of Connecticut on a full academic merit scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Chemical Engineering. He then attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, where he received numerous academic and clinical honors, including the Faculty Award for Overall Academic Excellence. He was also inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society, recognizing his compassion and patient-centered care.
Dr. Cranford completed his residency training in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in New York City, where he trained under world-class facial plastic surgeons. In his final year, he served as Chief Resident and received both the Austen T. Gray Memorial Scholarship Award for excellence in training and the Resident Teaching Award for his role as an educator. During his residency, he contributed numerous scientific publications and book chapters in the field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and was recognized with the J. Swift Hanley Award for Excellence in Resident Research.
Upon completion of residency training, Dr. Cranford was selected for a highly competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Under the mentorship of a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon, he further refined advanced surgical techniques in rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift surgery, and facial reconstruction.

Dr. Cranford is married to local dentist Dr. Heidi Cranford and is the father of three children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
