Agnes Czibulka graduated from University of Pecs, School of Medicine in 1977. She subsequently completed her otolaryngology training at the same university before coming to Yale University School of Medicine in 1989. At Yale in the Department of Otolaryngology she conducted basic research related to the hearing system and tinnitus as a Postdoctoral Associate and later as a Research Scientist Associate. After she was awarded a research grant from the Deafness Research Foundation.

Between 1994 and 1999, Dr. Czibulka completed another otolaryngology residency program at Yale University and became board certified in 2000 by the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

She has distinguished herself as an excellent community based physician and surgeon encompassing all areas of otolaryngology head and neck surgery, seeing both children and adult patients.

She is active to teaching medical residents as a Clinical Instructor at the Yale University Otolaryngology program.

She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, the American Rhinologic Society and the Hungarian Medical Association of America.

Dr. Czibulka has given many presentations at scientific meeting and has 11 publications in peer review, journals and also wrote a chapter on Laryngeal Physiology in Diseases of the Larynx by Alphio Ferlito.
